Botanicals: Colors and Curves of Nature
January 10 – February 16, 2020
Two artists, Caroline and Paul Rowntree, explore the environment in Ormond Memorial Art Museum’s newest exhibit, Botanicals: Colors and Curves of Nature. Each in their own style and medium, the Rowntrees portray real and implied landscapes, using color and space to abstract familiar moments in our surroundings and bring intimate details to the surface. Comprised of paintings and digital prints, this colorful yet serene display is an invitation to explore and appreciate the essential beauty of our natural world.
Both artists will be present at the opening reception, open to the public, on January 10th, from 6-8pm.
