Garden Sculptures Honoring Veterans
Korean & Vietnam Wars
Ormond Memorial Gardens are home to two original sculptures that pay tribute to veterans.
The stainless steel piece in the center of the gardens beside the main path was created by artist Mark Chew to honor Korean War veterans and was dedicated in 2010.
In 2011, a bronze and granite sculpture by Gregory Johnson was dedicated that pays tribute to veterans of the Vietnam War. That sculpture is located next to the museum deck beside a water feature surrounded by bamboo and banana plants.
