Veterans Creative Expressions
Build on the fundamentals of photography composition in this hands-on class workshop that reviews basic and demonstrates advanced photography composition, with award-winning photographer Suzanne McCarthy. Participants of all levels will explore principles such as framing, perspective, and balance, then put these concepts into practice by photographing in the museum’s gardens. Please bring a DSLR or cell phone camera. Each participant will have the opportunity to print one of their images, taking home a finished piece of their own artwork.. This FREE program is open to all U.S. veterans and active-duty personnel. A family member or a friend (age 16 or older) may take the workshop with their military member, but all participants must register in advance.
