Felted Lampshades with Liz Canali
Guided step by step, you’ll learn traditional wet felting techniques to form, full and shape fine Merino wool over a drum base, resulting in a strong, beautifully textured lampshade. The workshop also explores surface design and decorative techniques, allowing you to personalize your lampshade with color, texture and simple felted details. Whether you prefer a clean, minimalist finish or a more organic, layered look, you’ll be encouraged to create a piece that reflects your own style.
Students are responsible for some supplies.
