Art it Through Workshop with Monica Vidal (Day 2)
This workshop is an inspiring guided opportunity to use the arts for self-care. For anyone experiencing grief - the complex, natural emotional, physical, and cognitive response to a significant loss. Be it the loss of a loved one, a beloved pet, a job, a relationship, or many others. Participants will engage in activities that allow for support and creative expression, and they will build together tools to help them move forward while navigating life after loss. These activities focus on play and imagination, using various types of collage, painting, sculpture, writing, colors and music. No artistic experience necessary. All supplies provided. Registration will close when the program is full.
