Russell Bellamy, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, is both an accomplished artist and educator. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown College and furthered his artistic journey with an MFA in Sculpture from the University of Cincinnati. His artistic career spans a series of solo exhibitions across the United States and international presentations in France, Italy, New Zealand, and Dubai, underscoring his global reach as an artist. Bellamy's impact extends beyond his artistic and educational pursuits. As a dedicated advocate for neurodivergent artists, he has played a vital role in creating an inclusive space for individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences. Bellamy’s position as a Professor at Beacon College, a pioneer in providing higher education opportunities for neurodivergent students, reflects his commitment to fostering creativity and self-expression in this unique community. Through his leadership and mentorship, he empowers neurodivergent artists to navigate and excel in the world of fine arts, fostering a more inclusive and diverse artistic landscape.

"My work utilizes industrial materials and processes to comment on labor, sociological/psychological structures, and behavioral expectations. I am influenced by the proximity of urban and rural landscapes and the mutually beneficial structures and aesthetics that create the areas and spaces in between. I often find myself straddling the lines of laborer and intellectual, urban and rural as well as agricultural and industrial. This is likely due to my more recent geographical locations. Growing up in Kentucky, I lived in a city with a strong industrial history however the city was completely surrounded by agriculture. This has also been the case for my time in Ohio, Oklahoma and Florida. These geographical areas are where ideas and processes are shared, political, religious and idealistic conflicts are common but some of the finest, most passionate, intelligent and well-grounded members of our communities are raised."

Kevin Haran has a B.F.A. (Studio Art) and a B.A. (Art History) from the University of Central Florida. He earned a M.F.A. degree in Painting + Drawing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Haran was an Associate Curator of Education at the Knoxville Museum of Art and is currently a Professor at the School of Visual Arts and Design at The University of Central Florida. His studio work has been in over 80 national and International juried exhibitions and is in the collections of The Columbus Museum, Georgia; Fort Wayne Art Museum, Indiana, Edinburgh College of Art, Scotland; Rollins Museum of Art, Winter Park, Florida; Army Art Collection, Washington, DC; and the National World War II Museum, New Orleans, Louisiana.

ARTIST STATEMENT: "The drawings are inspired by real events, war films, science fiction and other media. They are layered with ink / watercolor washes and lines in an effort to give the forms a sense of dimension and physicality. I am inspired by the military drawings by Leonardo da Vinci, perspective studies by Paolo Uccello, and illustrations by Ron Cobb."
