Garden Color Quest: Winner Announcement Video
Join us on the "hunt" for beautiful garden colors: JULY 10 - AUG 6
For four Fridays starting July 10th, we'll post a specific color to find in nature. Look for color inspiration in the flora and fauna found in your yard, neighborhood or favorite outdoor space.
To participate in the hunt, simply post your nature photo featuring the weekly color to your personal social media profile.
Be sure to tag us (@ormondartmuseum) and use #OMAMcolorquest in the caption.
Each tagged photo will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a special plant from our beautiful gardens propagated by Janett!
Please note your Instagram or Twitter profile needs to be set to public for us to see your post! If you use Facebook, please make sure that specific post is public (your profile can remain private). Feel free to send us a direct message (through FB, IG or Twitter) if you would like confirmation of your photo entry, and if you prefer, you may also email your #OMAMcolorquest photos to us directly at email@example.com!
Week 4: PINK
Think PINK for Week 4 of #OMAMcolorquest! From blush to magenta, this playful color is abundant in nature. Make sure to tag us in your findings!
Week 3: YELLOW
Say "yellow" to this bright and sunny Thryallis! The most luminous of all the colors of the spectrum, yellow is said to represent happiness, optimism and enlightenment.
Week 2: ORANGE
The Bird of Paradise is one of our garden favorites and its bold color is a tangerine dream! What orange items in nature will you find this week?
Week 1: RED
This red hibiscus gives me serious tropical vacation vibes. What item in your garden is also this beautiful hue? Show us on social!
