March 12 Art of Healing: Contentment Containers
Held at Ormond Art Museum
Free and open to patients, caregivers, survivors and anyone in need of healing. Seating is limited; please register to reserve your seat.
In this workshop each participant will give voice to their desires by creating a stack of "mantra cards" to fill a beautiful box. Prompts will be provided to explore thoughts and reflection time given to help in designing personal mantras that focus on fulfillment. Gel pens, watercolors, and embellishments will be used to decorate the cards and boxes. Use this opportunity as an artful meditation to re-center and make a box brimming with expressions of positive possibility. All supplies are provided and no experience is needed. Open to participants 16 & older.
