Join us inside the OMAM Reception Gallery between 11am and 2pm Friday, June 14, to meet author Robert Andrew Provan and celebrate his inspiring children’s books that impart important lessons about the beauty of nature and the collective responsibility to protect it. The author will read from and sign copies of three of his books: Sammy & Scarlett's Mangrove Adventure, Sammy & Scarlett's Coral Reef Adventure, and Kiki & Slugger's Magic Spring Adventure. Each delivers a meaningful environmental and conservation lesson, leaving a lasting impact on its readers. Illustrated by local artist Mary Wentzel, these books will be available for sale in both hard and soft covers.

About the Author

After graduating from high school, Bob enlisted in the US Navy to follow his love of the sea. Bob logged many a mile through journeys to distant tropical oceans. Today, Bob lives in Florida, still drawn to the ocean and frequents the Florida Keys as much as possible.
