Little Artist Workshop with ELC
"On Your Marks!"
This program is open to young children ages 3 to 5 and is presented in partnership with the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler & Volusia (ELCFV).
On this dashing day little artists will focus on the art element, LINE! Through activities led by OMAM's Diamond Johnson, young participants will develop fine motor skills and use their imaginations to create various lines with materials such as pastels and watercolors. Afterward, they will enjoy an immersive storybook reading by ELCFV's Erica Garris.
At least one parent/guardian/caregiver must be present during the entire workshop. The 90-minute workshop is FREE; registration is required and opens at 10 am on January 29th. Registration will close when the event is full.
ABOUT THE ELCFV:
The Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in charge of handling both the School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs in both Volusia & Flagler Counties. Through various programs, they break down barriers to quality early care. In addition to providing funding for child care, they work with child care professionals to help them improve their programs.
