Once Upon A Time

The Renaissance Exhibit

Reception Gallery: October 10 - November 15, 2026

Experience the sights and sounds of the daily lives of peasants and nobility in the 1500s. In a sensory experience recreating the ambiance of the era, this exhibition will contain period costumes of the upper classes as well as the ordinary town folk, in an “upstairs, downstairs” style installation bringing Shakespeare’s world to life – an era that looms large in our imagination through the brilliance of The Bard and his many plays. This is a rare opportunity to escape the present and immerse yourself in a different time and place through Renaissance art, costume and culture.

Pairing Haran’s intricate drawings with Bellamy’s industrial installations, this exhibition bridges the gap between speculative fiction and physical infrastructure to explore the worlds we imagine and the ground we stand on.
