 yourself and the world around you. This class is a beginner-friendly oppor
 tunity to tune into your body\, create stillness in the mind\, and find pr
 esence within the postures. Please bring a yoga mat\, water\, and anything
  else that you may need to be comfortable. This class will be held outside
  in the gardens gazebo\, so please dress according to the weather. In case
  of inclement weather\, the class will be moved inside to the museum's boa
