 allow for support and creative expression while navigating the stages of g
 rief. These activities focus on play and imagination\, using various types
  of collage\, painting\, sculpture\, writing\, movement\, and music as too
 ls to help during this difficult moment. Art It Through is an inspiring gu
 ided opportunity to use creativity for positive self-care and community bo
 nding. No experience is necessary for participation in these activities\; 
 open to participants 16 & older. \n\nAll supplies are provided by Atlantic
  Center for the Arts. This workshop will be held at Ormond Memorial Art Mu
 seum. Monica Vidal leads Art It Through as an artist ambassador of Atlanti
 c Center for the Arts in New Smyrna Beach.\n\n<h5>This free program is lim
 ited to 10 participants and registration is required. Registration will cl
 ose when the program is full.</h5>
