A Sound Bath is an acoustic sound healing journey that rel axes the body\, clears the subconscious\, calms the mind\, and activates y our body's natural healing systems.
\n\nMorgan will use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including crystal singing bowls\, ha nd drum\, shruti box\, chimes and more to create a sound healing experienc e that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body\, leaving you fee ling relaxed and reset. \n\nParticipants will lie on their yoga mats as th e sound of the instruments washes over them. Please bring a yoga mat to li e on\, a pillow\, and blanket for your comfort. Drop-ins are welcome\, but space is limited so pre-registration is highly recommended to reserve you r space.\n\nFor the comfort of participants\, doors will lock promptly at 5:30pm\, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early.\n\n
