 give voice to their desires by creating a stack of 'mantra cards' to fill 
 a beautiful box. Prompts will be provided to explore thoughts and reflecti
 on time given to help in designing personal mantras that focus on fulfillm
 ent. Gel pens\, watercolors\, and embellishments will be used to decorate 
 the cards and boxes. Use this opportunity as an artful meditation to re-ce
 nter and make a box brimming with expressions of positive possibility. All
  supplies are provided and no experience is needed. Open to participants 1
 6 & older.
