 s! The technique of frottage began in 1925 by a German Surrealist and Dada
  artist named Max Ernst. The word frottage comes from the French word for 
 rubbing\, which is exactly how the ECHO Rangers will create colorful paste
 l rubbing techniques!\n\nThis hands-on\, educational 10-month program show
 cases many of Volusia County's <b>E</b>cological\, <b>C</b>ultural\, <b> H
 </b>eritage and <b>O</b>utdoor treasures. The program is open to children 
 in grades 1-5 (as of August 2025)\, and registration is handled through th
