  and watercolors. Afterward\, they will enjoy an immersive storybook readi
 ng by ELCFV's Erica Garris.\n\nAt least one parent/guardian/caregiver must
  be present during the entire workshop. The 90-minute workshop is FREE\; r
 egistration is required and opens at 10 am on January 29th. Registration w
 ill close when the event is full.\n\nABOUT THE ELCFV:\nThe Early Learning 
 Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties\, Inc. is a nonprofit organizati
 on in charge of handling both the School Readiness and Voluntary Prekinder
 garten (VPK) programs in both Volusia & Flagler Counties. Through various 
 programs\, they break down barriers to quality early care. In addition to 
 providing funding for child care\, they work with child care professionals
  to help them improve their programs.
