 ith colored pencil applications on different surfaces\, using a variety of
  paper samples provided by the instructor. Each participant will choose an
  object provided by the instructor to practice and combine techniques\, dr
 awing from still life to create a piece of art. The instructor will provid
 e demonstrations\, reference handouts\, and individual guidance. This work
 shop is designed to introduce new skills to beginning students and refresh
  those who have drawn in colored pencil before.\n\nDuring the workshop you
  will share in open dialogue and participate in an open critique. In addit
 ion\, you’re invited to bring your colored pencil artwork that may need re
 working or that is not yet pleasing to you. This is your chance to ask que
 stions about drawing in color and colored pencil application. The objectiv
 e of this class is to answer your questions about the colored pencil mediu
 m and to develop skills that will enable you to understand color and its a
