Floral Design Study is a nine unit series with the goal of deve loping an understanding of the art of flower arranging for both the home a nd for flower shows. It is a two-part series consisting of six classes cov ering basic floral design followed by three more advanced units which focu s on creative floral design.

Each class b egins with lecture and demonstration throughout the morning. The instructo r will create floral designs as she explains the required materials and te chniques. Students are then given time after lunch to create their own des igns followed by a discussion of each. Most units are taught by Pe nny Decker\, NGC Master Judge and Instructor.
