 ral Design Study is a nine unit series with the goal of developing an unde
 rstanding of the art of flower arranging for both the home and for flower 
 shows. It is a two-part series consisting of six classes covering basic fl
 oral design followed by three more advanced units which focus on creative 
 floral design.</p><p style='line-height:1.25\;'>Each class begins with lec
 ture and demonstration throughout the morning. The instructor will create 
 floral designs as she explains the required materials and techniques. Stud
 ents are then given time after lunch to create their own designs followed 
 by a discussion of each. Most units are taught by <strong>Penny Decker</st
 rong>\, NGC Master Judge and Instructor. </p>\n<h4>Class Agenda</h4>\n<ul>
