 most useful oil painting methods and materials. Emphasis will be placed on
  the use of the Prismatic palette in managing the strong pigments found in
  oil media. The use of color and value to achieve perspective\, shape and 
 scale will be demonstrated and practiced. The class will first spend time 
 in the gardens to sketch and then move to the classroom to complete the pa
 inting. </em>\n\nAll paint will be provided. Students are responsible for 
 some supplies\; please see the supply list below. <b>Registration Deadline
